The Cub Group I is for swimmers aged 4-8 who are able to swim/kick 25 yards face down with rythmic breathing and swim/kick 25 yards on their back. Practices are teaching intensive and swimemrs develop the basics of an efficent freestyle and backstroke as well as instroduction of breast and fly kick. 

Tight fitting suit, goggles, and soft long blade fins are required.

Sat 8:45-9:30am 

The Cub Group II is for swimmers aged 5-8 who are able to swim/kick 25 yards freestyle with rythmic breathing and swim/kick 25 yards backstroke. They should have have a working knowledge of breastroke and butterfly kick. The practices are teaching intensive. Swimmers will learn to swim efficient free and back at speed, learn the basics of breasstroke and butterfly full strokes as well as introduction of dives and competitive turns. 

Tight fitting suit, goggles, and soft long blade fins are required. 

MWF: 4:00-4:40PM

Sat 9:30-10:15am

The Koala Group is dedicated to shaping and practicing starts and turns the four competitve strokes for children ages 7-10. The concept of "training" is introduced and swimmer regularly complete repeats of 50-150 yards.

Tight fitting suit, goggles, a front loaded SNORKEL and soft long blade fins are required.

Sat 10:15-11:15am 

The Panda Group will further the swimmers skills in all four competetive strokes, starts, turns, and introductory training for swimmers ages 8-11.

The Grizzlie Group is all about kicking, endurance, and speed for swimmers  ages 10-12
